Camping in Kentucky??

I am traveling through Kentucky on Wednesday the 18th and looking to Mammoth Cave. Do any of the Kentucky members know of a good campsite where I will not be sucking RV fumes? Also, would like any pointer on Overland type thinks I should not miss. I am heading to St. Louis the next day and then to the badlands.
