Innovation and thinking outside the box go hand in hand, that being said! I thought about this idea of a spare tire trash bag or jeep backpack for quite some time. Since I'm a tight wad and want things that have meaning or history behind them, I concieved this idea. It is a vintage Forest Service canvas backpack which fits a office sized rubber trash can inside perfectly. To deal with the aging leather and canvas I used mineral oil to coat the entire bag. Try to find things that have stories to tell. Here is a look at my setup.
