I recently acquired a Cabela's 80 Qt Polar cap cooler (their YETI type). I wanted a lock for it and was having some difficulty finding one that would span the locking holes in a compact form for stowing.
I finally found a Reese sleeved receiver lock that would go through the hole and secure the contents and was still compact in size for packing away when not needed.

Looks like a great solution, good job.

BTW, your phrase "We're all here 'cause we ain't all there... " is the town Motto for a town here in Washington State, Port Townsend. When you visit you find out why. It fits.

Unrelated note, Port Townsend is my hands down favourite place in WA state. :D
