I scored these today for $40 on Facebook marketplace. The guy that had them advertised them as ramps, but they may be stair treads. They are 6’ long, 10” wide, and about 1 1/2” thick. I plan on welding in angle iron at 1 foot increments. I just haven’t decided on what to do at the ends, leave them square? Or angle to make them more ramp like?

I plan on mostly using them to get my trailer over various obstacles, but they will be plenty stout enough for the Jeep also. At least I think so. Lol
I will post more after I get to the steel supplier.

Nice they look like the Marston Mats I have. probably will work great.
 
cut edge, I should weld something on the ends. They are old
