Black Bean Burgers And A Couple Snow Peak Cookers

Morning all,

I am a bit off-cycle here but patio duty called. Here is a recipe (link) for our favorite black bean burgers and we smoked some portobello mushrooms to toss on. We used the Snow Peak BBQ Box and Smokemeister so I thought you might find it interesting-Enjoy.

i haven't tried the black bean burger yet, but definitely like the portabella. the wife and i were recently in sw colorado and saw that they eat a lot more healthier in that area than we do here in the swamps where EVERYTHING is fried. we got back and started grilling red peppers and using that in place of meat. we grill portabellas as well and season that with some basil and garlic and serve it on ciabatta bread with a mayo-spicy mustard sauce. pretty much what you have going on except for the black bean burger, which i am checking your channel for the recipe.
