Bilstein 5100 height adjustment

Hey overlanders,so I have some Bilstein 5100 for my Toyota 2018 4Runner what are your recommendations on the height adjustment to make it level I also have a winch on my front bumper custom built into the frame. I'm torn between 1 and 3/4 and 2 in

For GM vehicles anyway, there are 4 adjustment rings. Mines at #3 and it is good and level and I did not put a larger block in the back. With a shell on the back and fully loaded it seems a little high in the nose. Probably you won't have that problem with a winch on front.
