I've got a 2nd gen Ram 1500 that Ive been slowly converting into a self contained weekender.
Kind of a "toe in the water" to get the wife to camp. For that reason I'm building it as comfortable (and cheap) as I can.

I've already cut out the rust, put in new metal, new fenders and hood, and cleaned it up. I bought it from an 18yr old so Ive spent time re-18yr old'ing it
4" suspension and 3" body lift
New 35" BFG KOs
I've built a full in-bed camping set-up
Twin size bed with sliding floor/bed
Sink, 5gal water supply, water pump, storage in both sides underneath, solar setup, heater, LED lights, and vent fans
Hell, I even have a flushing toilet with an enclosure. Private and all.
Its completely modular and can be installed/removed in 20min
The truck is rock solid and a beast off road
