I have 40 acres on the Terlingua Ranch that serves as a great base camp for visiting the park as well as Terlingua/Study Butte area.
We plan to caravan from Austin on Friday morning and arrive at camp late afternoon. We will spend Saturday and Sunday exploring trails and taking in the beauty of the park.
Monday morning we will pack up and head home.
I will contact those who RSVP to arrange a meeting point. If you cannot caravan with the group, please contact me so I can give you directions.

How tough are the trails? I have a stock Chevy Colorado. And sad to say the brush guard hangs pretty low.

Black gap probably the toughest trail there. Most of the other stuff was just dirt roads. Should be ok for most of the trails.

Also the rocks will clearance any low hanging parts pretty quick!

There are multiple restrooms throughout the park, the camp site is probably 30 minutes from town. Camp site didn't have rest rooms but did have plenty of room for privacy.

Man, wish I had seen this sooner. Already made plans but I'm game if the trip is planned again. Have a great time!

Hey Jon, I definitely will be at the Whataburger ready to roadtrip. Just doubled checked if i RSVP'ed and made sure to click going.
Sorry about the extra message. I realized after the fact and the site wouldn't let me delete.
See you Friday morning.
