Axe mounting on Thule Wingbar Evo

Hello all, I'm looking an ideas, mounting bracket to mount the axe on slim bars along the length. See picture below. I have Ikmaper sits on this bars, and it's been for long time, still lots space underneath there, so why is waste the real-estate.

Have you looked at Quick Fist?
They make a ton of stuff

No I thought to use a product from rhino rack they have these mounts with hose clamp to secure . But I'm mot sure if it's holding

Yeah kinda nerve racking wondering if the shovel will end up in someone's windshield. LOL.
