Awning Care?

What do you do to care for your vehicle mounted awning? Is there a cleaning regimen that you use? Specific products that work well? Do you ever treat your awning to maintain waterproof levels?

I use 303 on my cover and all the black plastic on my Outback exposed to sunligh and UV

Which 303? I've got a couple that I use for other things, like 303 Fabric Guard for waterproofing shoes/boots/jackets, and 303 UV Protectant that I use for my dash.
