Alubox liner options?

I have a couple alubox 42s and 73s and would like to line them. The trek pack stuff is nice but it seems a bit expensive, do any of you know of any alternatives?

Depends on what you are storing. I've used any of the following for various things:
DIY Trek Pack. I learned to do this from https://chooseadventures.blogspot.com/2018/01/overland-organization-aka-diy-trekpak.html

• Corrugated Plastic / Coroplast (Political Yard Signs the day after elections are free!) or BORG SKU #527147
• EVA Hobby foam or Roll of PE packing foam like Amazon .com (Search for B0727YM39Z)
• Compatible glue or spray adhesive (3m 77)
• Aluminum baling wire or some old wire coat hangers, or 1/4" landscaping staples for Rainbird drip line
• Pair of needle nose pliers

1. Cut Coroplast and foam to long strips as wide and the height of your box,
2. Glue foam to each side of the Coroplast
3. While glue dries make staples from wire or hanger if needed.
4. Cut long strips to size and pin in place w/ staples like TrekPak shows in your picture.

Old School wood dividers:
1/8" Baltic birch plywood cut to strips as wide and the height of your box
Then cut to size and half lapped as needed.

Max protection for delicate, irregular shaped equipment, or when you'll be storing the same stuff in a given box over an over again:
