Hello All,

I recently joined and received an email regarding how to activate my account. I followed the procedure to the letter. I am, however, still receiving emails telling me to activate my account (these do not have instructions). I also have not received my emblem and it's been several weeks now. Can anyone shed some light on the subject or tell me who to contact with OB to get both issues resolved?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
