Hey everyone, the name's Johnny and I'm new here...I've been wanting to do more vehicle based exploring and camping for many years, and in July I finally pulled the trigger on a 2006 Xterra SE that had blown its trans cooler inside the radiator...some elbow grease and a few grand later and it's now lifted on 33's with a sleeping platform and a pull out kitchen w/fridge in back and I've taken 2 trips cross country to Moab and back since August...I grew up camping, so I'm used to that part, but it's so much more fun to put on 8 hours of driving, open up an app and find a campsite in the National Forest somewhere and cook dinner and enjoy the view before bed...I will say this, so far the Xterra has more ability to get in and out of tough spots than I have bravery to go chasing those tough spots, so it's been serving me well so far!...
