Hi Lee,
Strange as I just tried to reproduce this and have absolutely no issue to upload a pic from gallery to the app (version 11.23.0.2022100335), Android 11 on Samsung Galaxy Active Pro.
On which app version are you and what system incl. version/ device are you running? This information might be crucial to track down the issue.

Hi Lee,
If you go to the settings tap and scroll down to the bottom of that page, you will get the OB1 App version you are on (that one includes the whole version number).
You can just copy it by tapping on the version number and post it here. I guess, that would help to track this down.

Notification dot is presented on Icon, yet no actual notification in the App,. I can only assume it's from a previous notification that has not cleared.
I have screen shots but unless I go to my pc I cannot still upload them.
