The mods are coming, but slower than expected. Made use of a wasted space - idea came from a YouTube channel.

Just need to find a live wire(s) to tap into that is hot full time. Looked at the wiring for the existing power plug and inverter, but it is tied to the ignition.

Any experienced 4Runner owners want to give me some ideas for live taps, please feel free!

UPDATE: I’ve decided I’m going to run a direct line from the battery to a Blue Sea fuse block in the panel cavity and tie the power panel to the fuse block.

Nice!!! I want to do something similar to my rig as well.
Got the idea for using the space for a power panel from Wanderlost Overland on YouTube. Check their Dual Battery setup video. Near the end of the video they show how they made their panel.

The Runner is running taller on its Rancho RS9000’s Quicklift front coilsprings and rear shocks and the Rancho coil spring spacer in the rear. Gained 3” up front and 2” in the rear.

Now I just need the Rocktrix RT107’s in 18x9 for the Toyo Open Country ATIII’s I have in storage.

Next will most likely be a Rago Fab low profile bumper and winch.

Need to ask for a raise!!!

Post install pic to follow.
