So the 4Runner took a hit in the work parking lot today:

An FJ pulling a trailer cut the corner way too sharp and nailed the right front. It sucks that this happened a week before expo... but maybe the timing is a blessing if I can find someone with a silver Trail Edition that recently upgraded to a full bumper who is traveling there and wouldn't mind parting with their factory lower portion.
Any help locating such an individual would be greatly appreciated!

Are you not thinking to use the insurance money to upgrade to some serious protection? Or, could that be repaired?

Sent from my HTC One_M8 using Overland Bound Talk mobile app
It crossed my mind but the person that hit me is a friend and I'm hoping to save us all some trouble if I can find a fast, inexpensive solution.

Note that I said send, not sell. Deb'll kill me if I buy anything else for a while (other than the rock sliders she's approved.)

I'll pay shipping, though. ;)

Man that sucks, But this might help until you find the new or pull off bumper skin. This works.
Good luck!!!

@stringtwelve , sorry to hear/see the damage. You may just want to pull out the dent and touch up the paint (YouTube has great how to video's) and call it a day. You never know if your friend will end up hitting you again. JK
You can also try Craigs List or a Auto Dismantler in your area. Good Luck!
