22 Frontier Pro 4X question

Anybody know if I can put a Rough Country Tonneau hard cover and a Yakima Overhaul HD on together? I know there is a kit for mounting the rack to the Nissan Utili-track but I don't know if that would interfere with the tonneau. Thanks

I know there are racks that are specifically designed to work with tonneau covers, but I don't know about that one. Might be best to reach out to Yakima regarding fitment.
