My wife has wanted a Subaru Outback for a long time and we finally got to the point we could fit one in the stable. We got lucky and found this low mileage 2019 3.6 Touring in Pennsylvania, so a couple weeks ago we made the trip up from North Carolina to pick it up. We plan to make this more of an over road vehicle than a true overlander. Meaning we want to tackle soft roads and light off roading. For tougher trails, I'd prefer to take our Tacoma instead. Immediate plans are for an LP aventure 2" lift. We'll probably switch the 18" wheels for 17" to gain some sidewall and run them with probably 245/65 R17 tires. We'll see where it goes from there.
