I really need to do a full walkaround update of our setup, but here's some quick pics.

Here's the current setup. The core has remained basically the same for the past few years with a few upgrades here and there

One major change we've made is that I removed our old galley from the back of the jeep and built a new one to fit a bigger fridge (Snomaster CL56D). The new galley is still a work in progress but here's some pics of the build and the current state. I'll hopefully be doing a video about the design/build process soon over on my YouTube

cutting out some basic drawers for the time being. I have some ideas for making at least a couple of the drawers wildly functional/modular, but for now I just want it i a usable state to buy me time to design the ultimate drawers!

I found that fancy aluminum full extension ~32" drawer slide pair at my local airline parts surplus store for $16!!!

I have all the parts I need to finally swap out the compromised suspension on our trailer. I assembled one swing arm today and hope to do the other one tomorrow. I still need to take the new rims to the tire shop to get my tires mounted early next week but after that I should be able to do the actual operation and then be back on the trails!
