2014 F150 4x4 wheel and tire size?

I am changing out the 20” rims that came with the truck when we purchased it used in Flagstaff 2 years ago. I want more side wall on my tires for off road exploring. Is there any recommendations as to a 17” rim vs 18”? We also pull a 26’ travel trailer with our truck. We are planning on 275/70R17 or 18 Falken Wildpeak AT3 tires.

I am not sure how different 2018 vs 2014, but on my 18 f150 4x4, I also had 20s and changed for 17 inch 285/70 17 KO2, I do have level kit 2.5 at front.not sure about the fitment without lift.
