2007 Jeep JKU

I'm planning on doing an overland trip on the Outer Banks in North Carolina this summer for about a month. What are some of the "must haves" that I need for the trip? All that I have right now on the Jeep is and aftermarket front bumper with a superwinch with steel cable. Also NITTO all terrain tires. All help is greatly appreciated!! Thanks!

Cool beans.. Must haves vary by person. I'm sure others will chime in. For a start.

My suggestion is some kind of traction mat.
same for tire deflators (your choice).
An air compressor to re-inflate
A snatch strap for you to be recovered, or recovering someone else. NON-HOOK type.
a shovel.
