I got the Durango a few years ago for $400, it was in really bad shape, basically junk-yard worthy. I saw potential in it, as I wanted a cheap 4WD that I wouldn't be afraid to scratch, and something that is cheap to repair if I did run into any issues.

Most of my work so far has been in replacing what's broken, as I need it to run well stock, before I can do any offroad upgrades.

Fixes so far:
Shocks
Alternator
Battery
Upper and lower ball joints
Inner and outer tie-rod ends
Power steering flush
Upper and lower radiator hose replace
Radiator replace
Water pump replace
Cyl 1 coil pack replace

To Do so far:
Replace or adjust all lifters (they are noisy)
Check front differential due to side impact damage
Lift kit with new torsion bars
Roof rack

Upgrades so far:
KYB Gas-A-Just shocks
Spec-D headlights
Cheap light-bar

Some images from the Spec-D headlights just done:

One issue I had with the headlights, I had to remove the alignment posts, as the dimensions were incorrect, and it was preventing installation. Once removed the headlights installed just fine.

I will take more photos later. Also, I will be doing a cerium oxide polish on the fog lights, there will be a before and after image for this.
