Yeah that's a good deal looks like. '98 and '99 had front diff issues, a little weak in the pinion gear.
Do a VIN check to confirm service records and that's a decent rig with probably lot's o'miles left.
Should be about ready for it's second timing belt, and that drivers seat looks like crap, but great potential for that price.
