Thinking about putting a spare tire swing gate on my rig. Anyone have any experience with this project, and if its worth the hassel? And a good product for a decent price?

I don't see it as being an issue if you're thinking something like the wilco hitchgate.
If you're dailying the X, having a removable tire carrier might actually be nice. If I drive mine everyday, I'd probably hate my swing out, but since I dont drive it all the time, it's not a big deal.
