So I installed a front winch bumper on an 05 Xterra has anyone else had an issue with the front bumper mount cracking just below the top bolt.

I have a first gen, and no front winch bumper. You'll likely get lots more Xterra specific information via vehicle specific forums. In this case, I would recommend Xterranation
