Planning trip to Loyalsock SF (PA) - need recommendations, POIs, routes

I am planning on spending three days near Williamsport and would like to go on a two full day excursions in Loyalsock State Forest. I got the Purple Lizard maps and I am reading/watching stuff available on the internet but I would like to get some recommendations for a day trips from the forum...
