border to border off road

Hello all. A year back a ran across a site that talked about doing a trip from the Mexican Border to Canada Border. It said mostly through Mountain Roads....off road. Does anyone know of this Route. How can I get a Map of the route. etc. Thanks and CHEERS to ALL.
