How are you hauling your Gazelle T4 tent?

Truck or rooftop racks are the only options I can think of. They are not compact. Mine goes in the 6.5' bed of the truck

Most quality chargers can be run on either ac or DC. That said they store a lot Of power don't kill the car battery. I bring many spares.

Does anyone use a Massimo Fridge-Freezer?

Been running the Massimo for more than a week. Runs more than I would like but it works. I should test with my jackery to see how long it will run it.

Does anyone use a Massimo Fridge-Freezer?

Received mine today. Took less than a week. Build quality is less than a name brand but on par with what I paid. Will report back after using it for a bit. You can see the buckling where the grey plastic meets the white. The lid insulation is limited. Definitely in the bargain section.

Couldn't pass that deal up. Was planning on an Iceco but I can buy 2 of these for nearly the same price. Reviews are good, Costco has a great return policy so why not.

    Gazelle Tents

Just received the T4 about 2 weeks ago. Took it to Death valley and the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. Camped with wife and 2 kids. Here are my observations It is smaller than my Big Agnes. Tight fit for a family of 4. Wind will take the tent down easily. Use guy lines on the walls if any...

    Toroweep Overlook

You will have no issue getting there in the Defender. Not sure how tough the OEM Wranglers are. Upgraded tires are always a good idea but not required in this case.

    Toroweep Overlook

Just returned from Toroweep. Road is fine, rough and slow going past the Ranger station. The last 100 meters will stop all CUVs and had me wondering in my not so high LWB truck. Careful driving will get nearly all dedicated 4wd vehicles through. When visiting do yourself a favor and visit...

    Public Lands pass???

Certain areas require a permit to camp. Some areas require a pass. Usually in popular areas. As far as taxes take a look at the appropriations to see how little is put towards the public lands. Fortunately the Great America Outdoors act funded some of the huge maintenance backlog.
