Just completed my second season of hunting here in Northern British Columbia. :) We got a black bear early season (Mmmm bear), and still have an elk draw into the end of February. We typically hunt moose, mule and white tail deer, elk, and black bear.

The elastic straps are loose. They have clip ends that attach to the rings (four per side). Mine were tucked in their little plastic bag under the anti-condensation mat.
