BD Squadron sports on ditch light mounts.. they work great and don't interfere with any of my radios. Used them all spring and they are just as bright as my 500ff across the front. Combo/Driving version throws very well and barely hits the edges of the fender/hood.

2005 checking in..

Use mine a few times throughout the year to keep the gas fresh. Haven't needed it in an emergency yet. But during the summer we convoy with the inlaws - two Tacomas both pulling ~5000lbs travel trailers does weird things to your mileage.. I breathe easier having an extra MFC in the back.

2nd gens frame is all on Dana - they are paying the bill to Toyota. 1st gens was a Toyota problem, that is why they offered buybacks. Had our 2005 frame replaced in 2015.. good as gold now;

Why not carry a ducky for when the trails get that bad? or even an NMO cap if you can shut off your radio; Roof racks are pretty notorious for being lousy mounts, both electrical ground, and radio ground plane wise.
