I didn't know the drought was that bad down there. I haven't gotten to far from dc this summer. I will be heading out tomorrow morning and looking to get there about 9.

As far as I know, there is not a spot set out just for OB members. There maybe a group of members camping together. I will be in the forest with my WK2 trying to figure out my set up. I tend to backpack, definitely new to the overlanding community. I will have my radio with me and checking this...

They say all tickets must be acquired online. You may be able to get tickets online closer to the event.

I went with the gobi stealth rack, I want to keep to option of RTT. I am leaning away from RTT and going with a trailer with a tent on it.

My rack has not come in yet, it still has some time to come in but I don't think I will have the time to do it. I think I am just going to just throw everything in the back and just head out.
