Just returned from a week in Colorado. Traveled the Alpine Loop and Medano Pass. Visited the Great Sand Dunes and hit some lesser known trails outside Cuchara, CO.

Me too! A poncho liner can be very comfortable if that’s al you have. I’ve also done a lot of backpacking, so I’m amazed at all the heavy stuff I can bring now!

I totally get the OP’s position. I’ve been asked how I could overland without a rooftop tent, as if it’s a requirement.

That sounds great. We cancelled our early August Colorado trip. Trying to reschedule for September but it’s not looking good at this point.

I’m in Kenner. Not as active as I’d like, had to cancel a couple of trips recently but hope to get out a bit soon.

Pirelli Scorpion AT Plus (the new ones). So far great tires but you can hear them on the highway. Not terrible but you can tell they are there. After a week trip to Colorado they came home with no damage and performed well.

Had a great weekend. Pulled out early due to weather moving in, but our plans are always pretty flexible.

I'm planning to take 124 from Winnie to the beach, then drive West towards Galveston. We'll be camping on the beach and heading back to Louisiana on Sunday.

Heading over to the Bolivar Peninsula the last weekend in March for some beach camping.
