Personally I like backpacking tents they are easy to set up, small so they don't take up much space and they are usually the best when it comes to waterproofing. I have a marmot catalyst 2p tent, I got it from dicks sporting goods. Their website likes to blow out tents for 50% off.

I use backpacking set ups a lot but recently purchased a cadac safari chef 2. The local academy had a sale on them. It is honestly the coolest thing I have purchased to date.
