I made a couple brackets that mount to the front rail on the bed of the truck. The Maxtrax mount pins are then bolted to these brackets. I can get some pics this afternoon if you need.
Thanks. Yes, that is where the Maxtrax live full time. They take up very little bed space there and are pretty secure locked up in the canopy so I can leave them in there and know I always 'just have them' if I or someone else needs them.

Yeah, I found the Qi charger to be more of a gimmick too... Tried to use it for a while when I first got the truck, just wasn't as useful as I thought it might be so I have no problem using it for something more useful. Good idea using Qi switch as radio power, I like it.
