Ocala is pretty swell, I don't think you'll find many difficult trails though. Croom is another I've heard of, I think that's closer to Tampa. Unfortunately, we aren't as blessed as some other states when it comes to technical trails, mostly just mud.

Nice! I like your set up the way you have it actually. If it were me, and I had enough time to do it, I would take out the seats (I don't have a use for a third row). Since you need a flat surface, I would make essentially a trap door where the top of the seats are, so it'll be a flat surface...
