I picked up a WOUXAN KG-UV9P. I hope to get my test done in june and get on the air. I watched Ham Radio 2-0 on U-TUBE and he went over some radios ahd this one sounded like a good starter model. I wont be talking on air , just listening and learning how people talk on air.

I am getting a Camper Shell just to take my Boy with me. He's 19 months old and weighs about 120 lbs. His shedding keeps him in the back, so the shell will give him some security while traveling. Once I get the shell and some other mods done I am planning to take him out and see how he does.

I have a ARE Camper Shell coming and Rock Sliders from SCHROCK WORKS ordered. Trying to figure out how high of a lift I want and a front bumper. I found a nice onr by Body Armor , it's a Hi Line series.

I watched a few guys on you tube evaluate these portable air compressors and they went off speed , over heating and price. the Harbor freight always seemed to come out at or near the top. I went and bought one and used it a couple times on my Lawn Tractor and it did well.

My first Mods are on Order. #1 Mod is Rock Sliders and #2 is a ARE Camper shell. i haven't figured out a Lift yet, so that's in the future. I am seeing most tires are 285 and up,so I think I will need at least 2".

Nice Jeep, I am hoping to be relocating to the Virginia / Tennessee area in the next year or so.
