    Tacoma vs 4Runner for overland build.

    Tacoma 2018 fully loaded tank. Family of three, we went with this option. We have storage, fridge, solar, awning and tent. I believe we would be cramped and realestate is very expensive.

    Solar is bolted but could be removed. For the rig connection all it takes is a isolator. If you want it to use solar get the redarc BCDC. They have all sizes in amp and budgets. Research is first step. Complicated... I know you can do it. 3 days of read outs is what you saw a glimpse of the data...

    Redarc is connected to solar and alternator. Solar is on the roof batteries are on the bed. There is a fuse panel for some other electrical components. We got 12 v designated outlets.

    Battery bank, redarc BCDC 1250d, Advanced Battery Monitor / DC Power Meter Three odyssey batteries 31 series and the results after a couple of days.
