Agreed. This was a change made by the new ownership. There was a reasonable declining refund policy under the former owners that was based on how close to the event date you requested one. No more.

I would consider disputing the transaction with your credit card company if you tried for a refund (which I see they don't offer). You may get full value back.

The photo of the stuck truck was taken on 295 - Pomerory Lake - Mary Murphy Mine trail. I think that's what it is called anyway. The road was blocked with about 2 feet of snow 1/4 mile past the Mary Murphy tram terminal. Apparently, that's where the driver of the abandoned truck decided to...

Um nope...only in October. Perhaps I need to rethink the whole Moab is hot in the summer thing.

We rented one last year and loved it. It's a great trailer!
