Stabilizers are bandaids... if you need them, there is something else wrong... if the rig comes with them from the factory, that’s a different story.
as for Blistine Shocks... can’t go wrong there...
Check out the WABDR routs... all can be done as small day trips, or the whole trail from north to south (south to north) takes about 6 days. I’m not sure where at in Western Washington you are at, but @Gabriel Bozeman and @Greg Eigsti are great recourses to get you underway....
There isn’t a more convenient mount for the 2900... it’s about the size of a Cobra LTD 25 Classic... no removable face plate... I’m still torn about mounting it permanently... I think it’s coming back into my shack for working packet radio on 2 meter... I will get the mounting solution for it...
I still need to drill holes in my dash... maybe... I have my Yaesu FT-2900 to mount yet... I like where I have it sitting now, but.... it’s going to be in the way of my 5 speed.
Those are awesome... I might need to look deeper into the 22” seat mount for Icom IC-7100... $39.00 isn’t a bad price for a mount...
wish they had a laptop mount.
HRO is awesome... I bought my Icom IC-7100 from them. Super fast shipping (I have a store 250 miles away and normally 2 days, but it was here the same day I ordered it), great customer service, and the monthly deals are awesome. Another good recourse is GigaParts.
Not 100% accurate... the stock screw jack in my second Gen Ram 2500 Won’t even come close to touching the axle without a rail road tie between the ground and the jack... it’s lifted with 35’s.
Due to social distancing its recommend to cook all your own means. As for group campfire... we found circling the fire with camp chairs and one empty chair between households met the minimum 6’ standoff zone.

Due to “Social Distancing” and “Shelter In Place” practices during the COVID-19 Pandemic, we have temporarily postponed group meetups, trail rides, and Campouts...
According to the map and the website the group site is in the back and has a max occupancy of 6 tents. It might not be open yet though. It would be great if you’re will to drive up there and check it out.

What @TahoePPV said... programming on the fly is going to be a PITA... for 20 bucks more you can get a Yaesu FT-2980, which once you learn the programming is very easy to setup on the fly.
