I’ve not had good luck with Ford Broncos or Broncozone. FSB is a bunch of good guys just like here. Usually posts are answered within a few minutes… longest I have waited for info was a day while the moderator went looking for the information for me.
Not at the moments, but when Expedition Tier goes live it will… right now Waze, Google Maps, and other city navigation apps are your best bet to for turn by turn navigation…
Supposed to be starting beta testing of turn by turn navigation before the end of the year. Expedition Tier is supposed to go live early 1st quarter 2022.
Broncos never got BCMs. Not even the 1996 Bronco which was the only year for OBDII system. The 1987-1991 Bronco and F-Series and even the E series share a lot of parts, and most of the switches are interchangeable between years and models within those years. But again none of them had BCM...
@WA4WLF i found the switch for you…

who ever told you that was easy to work on was filling you with BS… this was true back in 1974, but today, without the proper diagnostic equipment GM is the second hardest brand to work on (first is Dodge). Both Dodge and Chevy have their own diagnostic protocols that aren’t open to the public...
Ex mechanic weighing in… I saw an equal amount of Ford, Chevy/GM, Dodge, Mazda, Nissan trucks coming into my shop for more than just an oil change or tuneup. Only had a couple of Toyotas through out the years with severe problems. And most of those problems with Toyota were caused by owner...
If you read any of my posts to beginners, you will see I always recommend a fire extinguisher as one of the top five pieces of kit to purchase. Here in the Northwest (and I believe the rest of the US) the NFS requires fire extinguishers as a ticketable item when traveling through their areas as...
Having been in the custom automotive world most of my life, you don’t want the headaches of chopping up an Ave and a Silverado to graft them together. To be done right is pretty close to 1,000 man hours. That equates to over $10,000 in just labor, not to mention paint, shop supplies, and all...
i also would like to meet up with you guys soon. Kallie works at Walmart now and has Wednesdays and Thursdays off, so she won’t be able to make it. But I will keep fallowing this thread if you guys decide to run Skyline, I might try meeting you guys somewhere up there.
