Budget wise, I went to harbor freight and bought what I needed and put it all in a bag. Will be replacing it when I can get better tools. But for now these tools will work.

I Just finished mine. Works great! Thinking about adding a really small air compressor to it for constant pressure. You will have to continually add air to it. Mine ran constant for 5 min and used 3.5 gal of water. My whole system can fit 4 .5 gal. I added a 90 at the end since mine is mounted...
