Welcome! At least you have the most appropriately named truck for overlanding :) My brother has one too. Its seen all sorts of conditions and visited all kinds of unusual places, and pulled through like a champ. Have fun!

Great job man! Kaizen foam FTW! I tried something similar in multiple layers a while back and loved it. I did relocate it all into a Pelican case several months ago though so I can be more mobile if need be.

I have an ARB X-Jack that I carry in addtion to my Hi-Lift on long remote trips, it packs up pretty flat so why not eh. I don't have a winch so I rely more on my Hi-lift, which I've used twice for recovery, and numerous wheel removals for various reasons. I consider it a wothwhile investment...
