Here's a video of a recent trip to Union Springs & Flagpole Knob in Virginia. Union Springs is the more "challenging" route to Flagpole Knob. It's a good introductory trail for learning the basics of maneuvering over rocks.

Bricks. Can't really see them in the pic because of dirt. Here they are peeking through. The highway system was laid down in 1915 and opened in 1916, and ran from Michigan to Miami. I did a video about it here:
