Guest, UPDATE We went through the site migration runbook and completed all steps. We will need to complete the migration next week, but will leave the forums up for the weekend. A few days after maintenance, a major upgrade revision to the forum site will occur.
Likely not. not sure what the input and output splines are but they are a heavily computer controlled trans. Not to say it cant be done but i have a feeling it would involve swapping and programming a new ECU

Sounds good to me. But make sure the spindle used in the carrier can handle all that weight. Or make sure that it can the fastened in multiple spots for traveling.
It's possible. I know rough country likes to use their shocks as bumb stops in most lifts which is why they have a big rubber block on them most of the time, so i was thinking maybe that was loose and moving on the shaft causing a "double hit" ( though I don't know what their struts look like...
Over the years the body panels took some hits from the rocks to its all been covered with 3/16" or 1/4" steel. Everything is bolted on with stainless button head bolt which gives it that look.
Fingers crossed for you! I never managed to get s lift in my patriot and rough country didn't offer struts for then at the time, but I loved that thing. It was always super comfortable to drive.
That's pretty much my dream rig. Lived in a 2 door blazer for a while until the motor had nothing left to give and the rear end blew..... miss that truck all the time..
