Guest, UPDATE We went through the site migration runbook and completed all steps. We will need to complete the migration next week, but will leave the forums up for the weekend. A few days after maintenance, a major upgrade revision to the forum site will occur.
All of these questions and more have been answered in the thread I posted..
You have to export the route as a KML or GPX file and then you an upload it.
I'm a big fan of the Wildpeaks but considering how many miles you burn a year on the highway I'd recommend considering the Yoko G015's. Despite their unassuming appearance it's a very capable AT tire and the much lighter weight as well as the modest tread pattern is helpful in the MPG...
Heres the huge thread about it. It’s a good read since people talk about how that trail changes moods more frequently than my RDC at boot haha. Apparently some days it’s easy and others not so much.

Always glad to help! I finally went ahead and started a thread that has a handful of routes that comprise my ‘loop’ of BESF. You and @theogzilla can feel free to check it out.

Welcome from northeastern Pa Scott! Be sure to keep an eye on the calendar for east region events and if you’re interested there’s the Overland Bound East Region group on Facebook. Feel free to reach out if you ever have any questions and I hope to meet you out there!
Haha. You’ll be fine there as long as you’re ok with pinstripes. There are campgrounds and very dispersed camp sites so don’t hesitate to spend a weekend there.
A lot of people will claim that there’s no place to go but BESF is no different than a lot of places around this state. Go for a...
Welcome from northeast Pennsyltucky @Cody_Gorsuch!
Bald Eagle State Forest is an amazing place. It’s open year round with additional roads/gates being opened in the fall for hunters and leaf chasers. That’s a yearly thing across the state with the gates getting locked back up in January. BESF...
Thank you @Terry Pickens. Definitely check out his awesome build thread too @Vtpeter. We both drive 5th gens but there are a lot of similarities between ours and yours. That said you’ll find fellow 4th gen members in the registry.
Hey @Vtpeter! We have quite a few Subaru driving members in here and are more than capable of answering all of your questions. I run Rallitek rear springs with different front springs but I can tell you that I’m a fan of them. I prefer/recommend them over King springs because Rallitek’s spring...
I’d advise against anything that goes in front of the vents for a couple reasons. The first being obvious and the second being that the device will be baked by heat in the winter and chilled (not always a bad thing) in the winter which could potentially impact battery performance. Not to mention...
Welcome to our newest Subaru owning members and congrats on you brand new Outback @MiamiC70!
It’s Subaru weather in the great white north! Sadly it’s been too cold to even think about snowing but we were blessed with it the other day. Let’s see some snow pics!
I’d have to disagree since the metal ones are rubber covered. I have other brands that are bare meta that can lack some grip until you really clamp down on them. I’ve never seen a 1” metal RAM ball that wasn’t rubber covered and they grip amazingly.
I haven’t used my Dual 150 in a good long while @bumpo83 but when I did I was plenty pleased with it and impressed by its small size and battery life. That dash holder works amazing too. I purchased an InReach which is what you can see in my iPad mount pictures.
My understanding is that GPS is...
