Guest, UPDATE We went through the site migration runbook and completed all steps. We will need to complete the migration next week, but will leave the forums up for the weekend. A few days after maintenance, a major upgrade revision to the forum site will occur.
I used a mount from ProClips. It just clips onto the side of the center console. It’s more secure than I thought it would be. It has some 3m tape on the bottom that helps it stick so no drilling. Then I mounted a 1in ram mounts ball to it...
Finally got around to mounting my iPad. I used a combination of ram mounts and a ProClip device made for the 4Runner. The mount is very sturdy and doesn’t get in the way of the gear selector.
Hey! Maybe check out Frontrunner, I believe they make a rack for the Forester. I'm currently running one on my 4runner and love it. Can't wait to see what you do.
I agree depends on what your going to be doing. I just took my stock 17 SR5P to moab and it did awesome! I did however learn what I NEED now. Sliders, tires and maybe a slight lift although I really didn't have any problems with clearance.
Hey everyone! I think I’m going to head to Moab this Friday. I am looking for some off road trails to hit and possibly do some camping . I will be taking my stock 4Runner so nothing to crazy. Any advice or recommendation would be great.
