My initial thought was that because if someone is in the area to respond, or know them etc...But the idea as a whole is great. For instance, if I went out to La Panza solo, I could let the WEST group know etc...not folks in Florida. I think this is great either way...and can of course be fine...

@MStudt Something just crossed my mind...I was thinking of painting my (your) mount with Line X or Monsta Liner...something like that ...would that effect the "ground" connection when I hook up an antenna? I think I may need to leave a contact point or something...

I finally used my Maxsa Tracks this last weekend. @S.L.O_X was snatching a dually f350 with a loaded trailer with quads so I through my boards under the back sets of tires. I ran to stop some traffic, so I wasn't able to photo. I was mentally prepared they could possibly break. I should have...

When you're up on top there...see that dead burnt out tree sticking up (you can see it from your cool shot out your back window) there's a cool campsite there that separates you from those up on the main clearing. Somebody left an old picnic bench there too. Best spot on the hill!

Man, @ExploreDesert you did have it to yourselves! When @S.L.O_X and I went, the beach was absolutely packed. Many people were having tire pressure lessons left and right and burying their trucks. Steve was nice enough to show a guy with a 2wd Tacoma that he had a rear locker. Out in the dune...
