Guest, UPDATE We went through the site migration runbook and completed all steps. We will need to complete the migration next week, but will leave the forums up for the weekend. A few days after maintenance, a major upgrade revision to the forum site will occur.

Just trying to let folks know about the gathering from last time......
Uncle Buck's has a meeting area in the back by the kitchen but no meeting rooms. They do have a sports bar area up stairs on the mezzanine but it can get crowded with regular customers up there. I like the idea of meeting in the parking-lot and after an hour or so whoever wants to can go get...
Nope, not confusing Purple K for A, at the time the hangars were built Purple K was the latest and greatest, very expensive at the time also. We still have the Purple K's at the hangar, just not where anyone can use them. As far as the corrosive effects of Purple K, I do not know, I can only...
Purple K very well might be the best way to put out a fire, but if you want to be able to use anything after putting out the fire, it sucks huge!!
We had big Purple K's hung in each of the four corners of our new hangers. When the Aircraft Insurance Inspectors saw them they said, "you should...

Here is a look at what I have so far, just a manifold with gauge and stainless shut off valve. With a hose running to each wheel it should be a breeze. I like where you're going with the hidden lines, that ought to look very slick. Also in this picture is my in-line regulator and swivel that...
Like some have eluded to here, I am not a fan of blasting lights while camping. Even in everyday life I feel light sets the mood, and calm and relaxed does not come from a blue-white LED. I like the low glow of a Coleman Lantern hung on a shepherds hook on the outskirts of camp. For in camp I...
