    I've tried most of the common ways to make coffee at camp (perk, French press, pour over) and I've gravitated to a single serve coffee maker since I have electricity and it doesn't need a lot of power. I don't waste any water and clean up is easy. I bring the beans already ground.

    Yeah, it's disappointing that it does not seem to be as big an event (East) as the others. Even Overland Bound does not represent at East. I would hope that more people don't "defect" to the other Expos, as that will just lead to a downward spiral. ...it appears that West is the bigger event...
