    OMG.. Haha I laugh because I did ALMOST THE same thing on my ram 2500.. Except it was the drivers side and I only got one arm caught. I managed to pull very hard and get my arm out, because my wife too was inside and could not hear me. I had some deep scratches on my arm for a couple months...
